Since its introduction over 30 years ago, powder coating has become the fastest growing finishing technology in use today. Powder is applied electro statically by charging the powder particles and applying them directly to the grounded part. The charged powder adheres to the surface until it enters a curing oven where the powder cross-links, bonds and curves. The result is a uniform, durable, high quality finish.

We offer over 50 different powder coat colors and the powder coater can accommodate parts up to 6’ wide x 8’ tall x 20’ long. The process enables us to provide our customers with a more cost effective and durable finishing solution than paint. In addition to being cost effective, the powder coating process is also environmentally friendly. There is no generation of hazardous waste which ensures compliance with all environmental guidelines.
